Ian’s started his career in retail marketing with Boots where he was Group Marketing Manager before going on to strategy and general management consulting with Baker Tilly and Smith & Williamson where he was a partner. For the last 20 years he has worked in the personal development space as a sales leader and executive consultant with a specialism around leadership development. His work now focuses on one to one coaching for leaders in transition, the design and facilitation of leadership development programmes and organisation performance consulting.
Of late, Ian has worked with a wide variety of leaders across Europe and the US in equally various organisations including: BP, Omron, BNP Parisbas, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, TAQA, Lend Lease, Volvo, LexisNexis, Borg Warner, NSG, Swiss Re, Texas Instruments, Sherwin Williams.
